We have supported St Elizabeth Hospice with their previous art trail: Pigs Gone Wild 2016, Elmer’s Big Parade Suffolk 2019 and the Big Hoot Ipswich 2022 and we are proud to be a Supporting Partner for the upcoming art trail Hop To It! Suffolk 2025!
These previous trails have raised awareness and funds for the hospice as well as encouraged more people to shop in the local area. The Big Hoot Ipswich 2022 raised £270,300 for St Elizabeth Hospice and it is hoped Hop to It! will be as successful in generating awareness and funds needed to support the hospice’s vital care provision to the community.
Through hosting Hop to It! Suffolk 2025, St Elizabeth Hospice aims to give local communities a bright, vibrant and family friendly event to look forward to and enjoy.
The hospice’s vital services are increasingly far-reaching and support communities throughout Suffolk. Hospice staff, like hares, swiftly travel across the local area, through towns, villages and the rural countryside, to deliver compassionate care, when it is needed most.
Every year St Elizabeth Hospice delivers free care to over 4,000 patients and their families, who are living with progressive or life-limiting illness, throughout East & Mid-Suffolk, Great Yarmouth and Waveney.
Centred on an individual's needs, the hospice provides specialist support, whenever and wherever it is needed, whether at home, in the community or at the hospice.
These services cost around £12m to facilitate each year, with the independent charity raising 70% of funds via revenue streams and the generosity of the community such as retail shops, donations and fundraising activities.
